Welcome to Chill Billy's
Chill Billy's really started in 2012, long before there was ever a restaurant.
Back then, it was just a group of friends getting together for cookouts in Cookeville. We'd spend the weekend grilling, having a few drinks, listening to music, and hanging out long after the food was gone. Those weekends became a tradition, and over the years they turned into some of our favorite memories.
Life eventually took us in different directions, but the idea never changed. We always loved having a place where people could relax, laugh, and enjoy being together.
After building Full Rack BBQ and spending years in the restaurant business, we knew we wanted to bring something back to Cookeville.
Chill Billy's is inspired by the basement bars that used to be the heart of so many homes. A comfortable place where you brought your good friends to have a good time. We paired that feeling with a menu of thoughtfully made cocktails, quality food, and good music that fits the room.
Whether you stop in for a burger and a beer, a perfectly made martini, or just one more drink before heading home, we hope you'll feel comfortable enough to stay a while.
